People behind
the numbers.
Rewards decisions affect people’s everyday lives. I connect people data and AI to question assumptions and help build programs that make sense for employees and the business.
I’m Noah. I like asking questions, challenging assumptions, and turning what I learn into something useful. At work, that means connecting people data and AI to build better rewards programs. In life, it means immersing myself in new places, exploring different ideas, and seeing personal projects through.

A place for the work, the thinking behind it, and what I learned along the way.

My master’s in Data Science / Business Analytics gave me more ways to explore a problem. Curiosity keeps me asking what else I could learn—and where I could apply it.

I wanted a place that showed more of me than a résumé could. This website is that idea taking shape: a mix of my work, interests, and the decisions I’m making along the way.
I Googled Myself. Then Built a Website.
Curiosity isn’t something I leave at work. It’s part of why I travel, explore new ideas, and take on projects of my own.
Studying abroad in China and immersing myself in a completely different culture is one of the experiences I’m proudest of. It represents something I value: stepping beyond what’s familiar while staying true to myself.
That’s the spirit I want to bring to a team, too—an open mind, thoughtful questions, and the follow-through to turn what I learn into something useful.
A few interests that give you a better sense of me—and somewhere to start a conversation.
I enjoy exploring a new place, getting out on the water, or simply going for a walk. Travel is a big part of that, but a change of scenery doesn’t always require a flight.
Books, podcasts, and long-form YouTube videos feed my curiosity. I enjoy spending time with an interesting topic and following it beyond the first explanation.
Racket sports, fitness, and cooking are some of my favorite ways to spend time away from a screen. A good game or something good to eat is always welcome.
Have an interesting problem, a potential collaboration, or a book recommendation? I’d enjoy connecting.
